Shipping and Delivery Policy
At Rudraksha Japam, we carefully prepare and process each order before dispatch. Certain products may require energisation or spiritual preparation before they are shipped to the customer.
Order Processing and Energisation
All products that require energisation may take approximately 2 to 3 days for the energisation and preparation process before dispatch.
The energisation process is performed as part of our product preparation before the order is shipped. The processing period is separate from the shipping and delivery time.
Shipping and Delivery Time
Once the product has been prepared and the required energisation process has been completed, the order will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.
The estimated delivery time is approximately 7 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

- Energisation and preparation: Approximately 2 to 3 days.
- Shipping and delivery: Approximately 7 to 10 business days after dispatch.
- Total estimated timeframe: Generally around 9 to 13 business days from order processing, depending on the product and delivery location.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including the recipient’s name, phone number, house or building number, street, locality, city, state, and PIN code.
Rudraksha Japam will not be responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.
Courier Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, natural events, public holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, remote delivery locations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to assist the customer and coordinate with the applicable delivery partner.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through the contact details supplied at the time of purchase, where tracking is available for the selected shipping service.
Delivery Attempts
The courier may make one or more delivery attempts at the address provided by the customer. Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the package when required.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package, or other reasons attributable to the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged Packages
If the package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to take photographs or videos of the package before opening it and contact us as soon as possible.
